This program covers topics essential to your success as a City of Norfolk supervisor.
These include managing your team's payroll, overtime, and leave; corrective action and performance management; mental health resources through; post-vehicle accident; random drug testing; and the substance abuse policy; your role in assisting employees with FMLA, PFL, ADA, short/long-term disability, and worker's compensation as well as additional supervisor training provided by the City of Norfolk.
The training is July 23 & 24, from 9 a.m. to noon.
