Own it: Demonstrating Personal Ownership over Issues, Problems and Opportunities
Demonstrating personal ownership at work leads to improved customer service, faster results, high job satisfaction and make you indispensable.
During this course you will learn how to demonstrate personal ownership in your day-to-day work through collaboration and critical thinking skills.
An analytical thinking process including appropriately framing the issue and presenting recommendations will also be explored.
The training is Thursday, Aug. 22 from 9 a.m. to noon.
