Initial early voting takes place weekdays at the Office of Elections located on the first floor of City Hall Monday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., through Nov. 1.
This may lead to possible parking congestion in the Union St. and East St. lots, particularly during the morning hours.
If you run into parking congestion, you can park in the Harbor Park lots and take the light rail to Civic Plaza.
