While keeping watch from his lifeguard stand at Ocean View Beach Park, Percy spotted a woman who was swept out to sea by a strong wind.
Without hesitation, her grabbed his surf rescue board and sprang into action — bringing her safely back to shore.
This was Percy's first deep water rescue, and Team Norfolk couldn't be prouder.
