Norfolk Public Library's anchor branches will be open today. Richard A Tucker Library will be open from noon until 4 p.m. The Downtown Branch at Slover, Jordan-Newby Anchor Branch at Broad Creek and Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch will be available from noon until 8 p.m.
