Due to high winds and flooding, the Elizabeth River Ferry service between Norfolk and Portsmouth will be temporarily suspended until further notice. Buses will be dispatched to provide transport between Norfolk and Portsmouth. Passengers can board/alight the shuttle bus in Downtown Norfolk in front of Waterside District and in Portsmouth at North Landing and High Street ferry docks.
