[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Police need help identifying a man following a weekend shooting on Chesapeake Boulevard

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD)—Norfolk Detectives are asking for help identifying a man who is wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation.

Officers were called to the 7900 block of Chesapeake Boulevard on September 28th around 2:05 a.m. for the report of a gunshot victim.

When police arrived, they found a 42-year-old man suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

The man was taken to the hospital for treatment and is expected to recover.

As Detectives continue to investigate this shooting, they are turning to the public for help identifying a man who is believed to be involved in the incident.
