NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk Community Services Board (CSB) is looking for passionate, dedicated professionals to fill open positions in mental health, substance use, counseling and related fields. To address these critical staffing needs, Norfolk CSB is hosting two in-person hiring events this month, offering on-the-spot interviews and contingent job offers for selected positions for qualified candidates.
Thursday, Oct. 16
11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 18
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Both hiring events will take place at Norfolk CSB Administrative Offices at 7447 Central Business Park Dr.
Critical roles include Case Managers, Clinical Coordinators, Clinicians, Community Crisis Responders, Counselors, Early Childhood Special Educator, Emergency Services Counselor, Human Services Aide and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Certain new hires in full-time positions may be eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus, and Norfolk CSB provides free clinical licensure/certification supervision for eligible staff.
