NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Norfolk Police are asking for the public’s help to locate an elderly man with dementia.
Robert H. Mobley, 63, of Virginia Beach, was last seen at 7940 Shore Drive around 8:00 a.m. on November 5th.
Mobley is 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He has short, partially graying hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat, a blue button-down shirt, light grey shorts, black socks, and white sneakers.
Mobley suffers from dementia and other cognitive impairments and is in need of medical assistance.
