• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• We welcome service animals, per the ADA guidelines. 
• No outside pets allowed.
• Some discounts on admissions cannot be honored at this time.

GENERAL ADMISSION

Prices listed includes the Conservation and Technology Fee

• Adults (ages 12+) $19
• Seniors (ages 62+) $17
• Children (ages 2-11) $16

Military, First Responders, Teachers, Norfolk Residents & City of Norfolk Employees and their dependents can receive $2 off each General Admission Ticket purchased with a valid ID.

NORFOLK POWERUP! PROGRAM

• Adults & Children $6 admission

Please bring a valid Medicaid or qualifying insurance card with you upon arrival for each ticket purchased. If proof of discount qualification is not provided, you will be charged the cost to upgrade to a Full Price General Admission ticket.

REFUNDS / RAINCHECKS

Most of our facilities are outside. Due to weather conditions, some animals may not be visible or on exhibit. We do not offer refunds or rainchecks.
