Norfolk Department of Human Services' Community Engagement Street Team (CEST) is back on the road, bringing access to benefits programs, public assistance and support services to residents where you are - in the neighborhoods!
The Community Engagement Street Team (CEST) is visiting neighborhoods across the City, bringing resources directly to residents.
Resources include:
- Benefits Applications
- Tangible Resources (food, water, personal care items, etc.)
- Referrals for Service
- Case Management Assistance
- Support and Additional Help
