NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting that left a man dead on Kimball Terrace.
On September 3, 2024, around 12:00 p.m., police found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound in the 3200 block of Kimball Terrace. The man, identified as Jamel M. Jones, 18, of Norfolk, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
