NORFOLK, VA – The MacArthur Memorial is pleased to announce a special Sunday opening on April 19, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The MacArthur Memorial is typically closed on Sundays but will welcome visitors on this date to coincide with the finale of the Virginia International Tattoo and the Norfolk NATO Festival celebrations.
This rare Sunday opening provides an excellent opportunity to explore the life and legacy of General of the Army Douglas MacArthur, while paying tribute to the millions of men and women who served alongside him in World War I, World War II and the Korean War.
