Project Location

2 phases, 5 locations for new sidewalk:

• Phase 1
  • Easy Street and Tidewater Drive
  • Princess Anne Road (Shelton Avenue to Fleetwood Avenue) 
• Phase 2
  • Berkley Ave/Indian River Road (Wilson Road to Marsh Street)
  • Sewells Point Road (Princess Anne Road to Azalea Garden Road) 
  • Little Creek Road (Chesapeake Boulevard to Carlton Street)

Project Information

This project will install new 5’-6’ concrete sidewalk at five critical locations throughout the City. Improvements will also include ADA ramps, curb and gutter, drainage improvements, and signage.
