   Please fill out this application if you are interested in creating and managing a garden on an entire parcel of city-owned land. There must be a legal entity who will enter into an agreement with the city and provide general liability insurance for this site.

    Please answer the following questions thoroughly. They will be used to determine if your group is eligible for the use of this site and will be ranked against other applicants if we receive multiple applications.
