The Norfolk CSA Office operates within the Department of Human Services building. The local CSA Office administers the Children's Services Act for At-Risk Children and their families within the City of Norfolk.
The purpose of the local CSA Office is to provide a system of interagency collaboration, assessment, treatment planning, quality assurance, and utilization review for children who require coordinated and comprehensive services from more than one child-serving agency. Norfolk CSA shall manage interagency funds to promote the effective allocation of resources for the provision of essential prevention and treatment services to at-risk children and their families. Norfolk CSA shall comply fully with the provisions of CSA.
