Rentals and Reservations
To inquire about reserving a park shelter or host a small or large event within a City of Norfolk Park, please contact the Permitting Office at 757-441-5834 or by email. The Permitting Office is located at Lakewood Park (1612 Willow Wood Drive). Hours of operations are Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm, and Friday 9 am - 12 pm.

Permits
Provides large event permits that require the following:
- full use of a community park
- event that requires the use of city property in downtown Norfolk
