Water Service Line Inventory

The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Lead and Copper Rule Revisions require all public utility departments to maintain a service line inventory of both public and privately-owned materials. This inventory identifies the material of your service line. The information on this page can help you determine if you have a lead, galvanized steel, copper, or plastic on the portion of the service line you own. The most common source of lead in drinking water is from the service line and interior plumbing, so knowing your service line material is important for your health.

  1. Use the map below to look up your address in our records and learn if you might have a lead or galvanized steel service line.
  2. If your address status says "lead" or "galvanized requiring replacement", then you will be contacted or visited by a team member to sign an authorization form.
  3. If your material says "unknown", that means we don't have information for your side of the service line yet. Please visit our Customer Self-Reporting page.
  4. Once you have completed the inspection, submit your results using the survey for us to add to the inventory.
