The City of Norfolk, through this Request for Information, invites professional real estate development firms to provide insights on potential developments at the former Madison School site located in the Lamberts Point neighborhood on the Hampton Boulevard Corridor. Specifically, the City of Norfolk is actively exploring opportunities for a development partnership at the Site with the aim to unlock the value and development potential of the strategic parcel located in the Hampton Boulevard Corridor, in western Norfolk.
