Transit System Redesign
Download the reports that document the process to redesign the bus network in Norfolk.
- Download the Transit Choices Report (February 2020) – This first report explores key choices such as Ridership vs. Coverage and Walking vs. Waiting
- Download the Transit Concepts Report (June 2020) – This second report explains two contrasting concepts for the new bus network. One concept emphasized Ridership goals. The other concept emphasized Coverage goals.
- Download the Draft New Network Report (November 2020) – This third report recommended a new bus network that concentrates bus service into few, more frequent routes and focuses on the places with the most people and jobs.
